My special needs adult child was currently working at skyline as a janitor through vocational rehabilitation. She has been working with them for years and has done a great job she recently turned 20 years old she's low functioning autistic she does make voices which we've worked on all year to get her to only do during appropriate time which I agree with. However she had gotten a tattoo the size of a quarter on her finger in between her fingers. The next day she was fired as a janitor due to her birthday gift of a tattoo. I am disgusted with this school it makes me sick and I promise you if I find anybody in that school with the tattoo when I go in there besides my child we will have a problem I will be contacting who I need to immediately.

I have had two children graduate from Paw Paw, and I have two children still enrolled. Our family is very grateful for PPPS. The size of the school is perfect; large enough for opportunity, but small enough for individual support. Administrators, teachers, and staff take the time to get to know the students and parents, so much so that I would count many of them as my friends. When our family needed help, they didn't hesitate. They supported us every step of the way. If your children loves music, Paw Paw Public School is the place for them. The choir and band programs are spectacular, and the theater department is amazing. Students are invited to participate in musicals as early as 3rd grade with annual Later Elementary, Middle School and High School productions. So many opportunities for the students of Paw Paw to shine and thrive. Paw Paw is a fantastic community to raise a family within, and the schools are a big reason why.

This school has been absolutely fabulous! All 4 of my children have attended here. They treat you like family. Teachers go out of their way to support students on a daily basis. They have so many family engagement opportunities and parent volunteers are always welcome. They have character education as a regular part of the day. They have art, music, PE and library as a regular part of the schedule. They also offer a variety of after school of activities. If you are looking for a school that feels like a home, this is it!

This is my don’s first year in WCH school district. I have had great an experience so far. All his teachers (with one exception…but that can be anywhere) have been great with communication. Teachers seem to update progress book regularly which I like very much. The school has a lot of family activities to engage the community. We were previously in a high rated school district, but I honestly think my son is receiving a more well rounded experience here. I’m very satisfied.

My daughter goes to this school. She was choked 3 times by the same student. I had to force the new principal to respond. The principal who just retired was a no nonsense advocate for the students. The teachers are aggressive towards students and the parents. Use school of choice if you can. The community is amazing the school not at all.

As a retired teacher, and now a current substitute for the district. Dailey Charter school has a positive learning environment for the young creative minded students. The learning environment promotes high standard of curriculum designated to students at the start of their educational paths. Character building, life skills, and learning strategies, as well as a love of learning and the importance of education. The administrators teachers, and support staff all combine their strengths and work as a community together for providing not just a school campus, but a home where students have the opportunity to develop a larger mindset of strategic knowledge as their educational journey continues.

My kids had a rough time at school. The community there just didn't feel right; there were cliques and bullying, and it seemed like nobody really cared about each other. Inside the classroom, things weren't much better. It was noisy and chaotic, and the teacher struggled to keep control. Instead of feeling supported, my kids felt ignored and sometimes even picked on. It wasn't a good place for them to learn or grow.

I just want to say my daughters experience in middle school here in Culver City has been so positive. She loves every one of her classes. The homework assignments are reasonable and she enjoys studying for her exams. The teachers inspire her to become involved in extracurricular activities and she plays 2 sports and is a cheerleader. Pretty incredible start to 6th grade!! I feel she has really made a connection with her peers and her self esteem gets stronger by the day. I check in with her daily. My instincts are that she is succeeding both as a scholar and socially. Her teachers are very invested in her which also sets her up for a successful continuance as she enters the 7th grade .

You hired a drag Queen who openly Fetitized children to be in close proximity to them and perform for them. I don't know what you are trying to teach them but safety is definitely out the window. All of the staff should be ashamed of themselves. And any administration involved in this step down immediately.

My concern is we are sending our middle school kid to a Catholic HS and JPII struggles to answer the phones and then transfers you to VM and a callback is uncertain. You would think that a school would want to talk with prospecting new families. A couple Catholic HS have in fact been very friendly and exceedingly excited about recruiting new students....JPII location is our best option but something just feels wrong and we will likely look elsewhere.
