Texas Accountability Ratings indicate the overall performance of each school and district.
Accountability Ratings are based on test results, and dropout and graduation rates.
Ratings using standard procedures range from Exemplary to Academically Unacceptable. Ratings under alternative education accountability (AEA) procedures are AEA: Academically Acceptable, or AEA: Academically Unacceptable.
The 2008-2009 Texas Accountability Rating results were published on GreatSchools the same day they were released by the state, on July 31, 2009. Search our site to find Accountability Ratings for your school.
