About the NH New England Common Assessment Program
ABOUT THE NECAP
  • The 2008-2009 New England Common Assessment Program (NECAP) test was given to students in grades 3 though 8 and 11.
  • The NH NECAP test is based on the New Hampshire state standards, which define what students should be learning each year.
  • The goal is for all students to score at or above the proficient level on the NECAP exam.
