Baker High is a wonderful school with excellent teachers. It prepared me very well for college and the real world.
I'm a current Baker Student and now a senior (class 09').My high school years have been the best time of my life and i'm happy that the students have a low tolerance for bulling aka lack of a life. My time spent here has made me what i am today and has pushed me to live my dream as a health care provider(as well as giving me that chance).No,this school is not racist and anyone who thinks so is sadly mistaken.If you are a parent looking at this school to send your child to I as a student would recomend Baker. We have high test scores and recive millions of dollers for college.
Baker High School has a great honors program and many electives to choose from. However, the staff are lax in the enforcement of school polices and rules. There are so many students, the teachers only remember a student for a semester before having to learn the names and faces of new students. the school is very large and easy to get lost in.
I have been very disappointed in Baker High School. I feel they have let my children down. They do not have any concerns for the safety of their students. I have withdrawn both my daughters from Baker.
