My son is in Kindergarten for his second year. We transferred into Oaklawn for the EBD program and by the end of this year, the specialists and I think he's made enough progress that he may not need to be in the program next year. That's all due to lots of effort on the part of the teacher and his specialists. The principle was also very approachable. The school is welcoming to visitors and parents and understands that your kid's education is sometimes an emotional topic!
My daughter is a first grader here and i volunteer often. Oaklawn is wonderful. The staff is warm and caring, and everyone knows my daughter's name. Very high quality level of education. I am very pleased.
