I love Carden School of Fresno, because it truly is a learning institute. Carden teaches math, history, science, language, french, latin, music, physical education, art and encourages my child to be her best. She loves going to school. The staff is warm and friendly, teachers are educators, and the parents are welcoming.

Carden has not met our expectations. Our experience has been that most of the academics are below public school standards. My child originally attended a public school and was forced to repeat material when he arrived at Carden (as much as a year or more in some cases). Parent's whose children have never been outside of Carden are blissfully unaware of this discrepancy. Carden's parent run board lacks professional educators. This lack of professionalism detracts from education. Additionally, there are hidden costs. We are very disappointed.

I have three children at Carden. My oldest has a learning disability and has struggled with the challenging curriculm from time to time. Having always been at the bottom of his class, I nearly fainted when I saw that he scored at the post high school level in several of the Stanford 9 subtests! Carden is truly a wonderful school both in terms of academics enrichment and a nuturing environment. All three of my children have gotten everything they need to acheive their full potential!
