I have been going to the Rhoades school for eight years now, and I love it. The teachers are so involved and excited about their subjects and it is contagious. I know I'd be hard pressed to forget my amazing experience there.
Administration has continued to slip, this school is run like a business. After 5 years, the decline has been unbelievable. The tuition increases and the continual decline of ethics of the school administration has sealed our decision to leave the school. No longer a higher learning experience, but more a public image gimic, and a real self esteem crushing experience for children. No longer for gifted children, anyone can get in. Submitted by a parent
By far the best school in the area. As a student, I feel like the teachers really go out of their way to make sure that we understand and absorb the curriculum. Also, strong character and amazing friendships are encouraged from an early age.
As a grandparent of four students at The Rhoades School, I have been particularly impressed by the focus on science. The students from his small school have excelled at the Regional Science Fair, thanks to the support, encouragement and personal attention of the teachers and administration. So often it is one teacher's passion for the subject that can turn a child on to a life-time love of science. This is just aspect of excellence that I have observed at Rhoades.
