Cleveland Elementary School is one of the Allentown City School District's inner-city schools. The school district does all it can to support its underprivileged students and their families, many of whom do not speak English and are struggling to learn it. More than half of students at Cleveland are Latino. Cleveland School is also struggling academically rating a 3 out of 10. However it rates 4 stars from past student and parent reviews. Most if not all of the students' families live at or below the federal poverty level.

This school need a lot of improvement , comunication between parents and staff , the principal sometimes talk to you but sometimes he pass by and pretend the he doesn't know you , teachers years before they used to go outside and watch the kid now in this days they can see the kids outside running and jumping fighting and pushing each others and don't care they just care about the pay check

I love cleveland school. But this school, the staff and the teachers are so beautiful. Is a fantastic school. Thank you. Sra rodriguez

I had both my children in Cleveland Elemetary School. The principal and teachers go out of their way to work with each child to build the strenghts. As well help them in areas they may have weakness. They make sure the parents are involved and made aware of improvements the school may be going through. Cleveland School incourages the parents to be involved in the day to day activities in the school, so it may benefit the children.
