My daughter is enrolled in Pinecrest Pre-K she has been in Pinecrest since the toddler room (3 years). We as a family feel very confident leaving her each day- that she is well taken care of and happy. The preschool administration is very attentive and supportive to the children and to the parents. They are always problem solving, thoughtful, and creating wonderful learning and play environments. They recently implemented new outside play stations. My daughter has so much fun she wants to stay everyday. I am looking forward to a positive Pre-K experience and will definitely continue her schooling here in kindergarten.

My son went to Pre-K at this school and we put him in public school the first semester of his K year. He was terribly bored (in public school, no offense to public schools, but for us, private was a better match) and his teacher even commented that he knew all the curriculum already and must have had an awesome preschool. The second half of his K semester, we moved our son back to Pinecrest to finish off the K year. We were completely grateful we made the switch. He was fluently reading by the end of the K year and we are keeping him there for Grade 1 and enrolling our daughter for the K program for 2009-2010.

My son is in K at Pinecrest and loves his teachers and going to school every day. The curriculum seems to be intense, yet, his homework is not overbearing for him or for us (no homework on the Fridays gives us a nice weekend break). The school day goes until 3 pm which is longer than many other schools. There are sports and other activities offered (at extra cost) after 3 pm. My son loves his tae kwon do classes 3x week and soccer this season (we also look forward to the swimming class in summer). For two full time working parents these extra curricular activities on the school campus add great value. We are definitely taking advantage of the early enrolment incentives this month to keep him at Pinecrest next year as well.

My son attended Pinecrest in Simi Valley from K-3. He loved this school, I loved the teachers and the curriculum. If we hadn't moved I would have never removed him from this school. He is now attending Pinecrest Woodland Hills. Very different. I do not recommend. He will be changing schools this year.
