Best foundational school in the Conejo Valley. Most active and supportive 'Parent Group'. An advanced elite type education for grade school kids for less than $10k per year. Local high schools both public and private rave about Carden Conejo; a step above! students!
This is an amazing school. Your child will be well-prepared to attend any of the better private schools and colleges with a Carden education.
My three children attended Carden Conejo from their pre-school years through 8th grade. This is a wonderful school. It is certainly academic but its greatest quality is the emphasis on building a strong and decent character in every student. My children are now in college and they feel that their years at Carden Conejo were exciting and in many ways magical.
The Carden program is an established teaching program with proven success. Highly recommended at least during the early years. Our 2 children are somewhat advanced than their cousin that is at a catholic private school. Math skills excellent, spelling and grammar excellent. French seems rather silly, and they do not teach speaking french as much as how to spell and write the language well. Expensive but good group of kids. Small size school with great parent participation.
