The 2005-2006 school year has brought many changes to the school, which in my opinion have been good for academics as well as growth. Student to Teacher ratios remain good. I am happy that the school has grown to include 7&8 grades and has added several extra-curricular classes such as drama, spanish, home economics, art & music. They are currently working on adding supervised sports such as basketball and volleyball. The lower grades k-4 use mostly ABEKA curriculum, while the upper grades 5-8 are using ACE Paces, both curriculums are considered to be advanced in content. The ACE program teaches independant working along with the importance of goal setting and meeting. The school also offers a reading lab designed to help those children who show signs reading disorders such as dislexia. Discipline is consistant throughout the school and students are held accountable for their choices.
