We love this school. Transferred in the middle of the school year from another local private school. Our child is so much happier and so is our family. The teachers are amazing - the teachers actually teach in the classrooms and offer their own time for those that need extra help or want to learn more. There is a very strong family community that is very welcoming to newbies. There are many opportunities for parent involvement and even more if you ask - in the classroom and out. As far as bullying, I have seen teacher and principal jump whenever there is any mention of someone saying or doing anything that could lead in that direction. My child is safe and happy and learning far more than ever before. Absolutely a place where we can relax and feel our child and family are getting the best out there.

As a recent addition to the St. Joesph's of Mountain View I find the community a breath of fresh air. I have found the teaching staff to be top notch and highly engaged for both remedial and advanced students. Many of the teachers volunteer their own time to help students that are having trouble. I am very surprised about the bullying and parental access issues. I have personally seen the response to the bullying and thought it was appropriate to protect my child. It is by no means a 'perfect' school but it seems to be the best my family has found.

We love St. Joseph. Big kids truly do look after the littler ones. Not only does our daughter love St. Joseph, but the kinder curriculum is solid. The school has a very strong anti-bullying policy. We encourage all parents of prospective students to visit the school and see for themselves. The exterior is nothing special but the inside is full of learning, positive discipline and nurturing. (Not to mention a great science room for all grades and a very new computer room!)
