I am a student at this school. I believe that the school is a great school and has a lot to offer academically. I like the fact that teachers are more aware about the students' emotional surroundings. mayhem everyday. I used to be in a cohort that was filled with drama. As a result, I had to sacrifice my English teacher and my friends. I moved to a new cohort. My English teacher respected and liked me a lot, for I usually shed 'light' in the room. Overall, this school satisfies my academic needs and personal. But they need to refrain from allowing others to get away with trouble.
My daughter goes to this school and the school itself is too small with alot of girls that make alot of trouble very day. overall the teachers seem sincere about teaching the kids but have hard time with all the fights between the girls
Academy For Young Writers is a great school. Academically and socially. I as a student feel they care about my emotions. And it bothers me . But they only want a good school enviorment for i , my fellow class mates , and there selves.
This is the best school I've been to yet. They need a lot of help in getting space and classes that we need like gym and foreign languages, but they try their best and I love that school!
