My child has been in a very good environment. The teachers are wonderful, caring and safety is taken seriously. They also make an effort to include parents who speak only spanish in all activities. Children are treated with respect. I am very happy with the school!
School officials there don't have any type of assessessment program to determine proper placement for children.
Parents should be held accountable for their children's actions. Children are individuals. The school should conform to them rather than the school expect all children to perform on the same level on their terms. You never know from what environment our children come. Warmth, food, and a smile at the school may be all they ever get. Let's get personal! There's more to school than learning.
Don't always judge a school by its test scores. For the last five years, my child has been educated in a safe envioronment by well educated instructors, that truly care about the students. My son is well prepared for middle school because of th foundation he has gotten at Annette Winn. I am a proud of Annette Winn Elem. School & of couse of my son!
