I am an alumni of the Mesivta of Roslyn and there are a number of things which I enjoyed and cherished about the school that I would like to share. The first thing that comes to mind which was very unique about 'Roslyn' was the closeness within the student body. When I was in ninth grade I remember feeling extremely comfortable socializing with the older students. There was absolutely no intimidation factor. That, the openness and availability of the faculty, and the close relationship with the 'bais medrash' mentors, came together to form a very fun, healthy, and empowering high school experience. Whenever I had an issue with any of the rules, classes, or in my personal life I felt comfortable discussing it with the principal, who I knew would lend a thoughtful ear and do his all to accommodate me. I'm most thankful to the Mesivta for making me who I am.

There are some wonderful things happening at the mesivta of roslyn this year. Firstly, they have a new principal, Rabbi davidowitz, who is a young, dynamic, and excellent educator. They also brought in Dr muller, as their dean of academics, and he is taking his public school principalship experience and transforming the general studies program. The students are given sports, clubs and trips, and are very happy. Kudos to all the hard work... keep it up!
