My two children attend Trail Wind and love it. It truelly is the greatest school ever! The children who attend are some of the nicest kids I have ever met, the parents are so involved with the school, and the teachers are one in a million.
Trailwind is an excellent school! My girls have done incredibly well. Be prepared for many fundraisers and pressure for parental involvement benefitting non-academic activities. This school for it's socio-economic class is well-balanced. Several teachers have found a balance of when to hold the kids or parents accountable depending on the specific situation. Don't call me on the phone if my 4th grader left their homework at home and don't interrogate my Kindergartener why she was late 2 days in a row. The majority of the teaching staff are the best in the state and you won't find a more involved principal! I'd hold him up against any principal in this country!
My son and I were lookind at Trail Wind Elementary to go into 4th grade and right away a group of Kids came over to him and asked him to join in thier game. Every one at Trail Wind were so respectful. It's the best Elemtary School I have seem in Idaho! Great Location,Great teachers and staff,and great kids! Me and my son are really looking forward to this School. Wow,this is the first time he is excited to go to School! I think Trail Wind is 'Da Bomb' as my son would call it!
