My son has went to anthony since pre-k and all I can say is they really care about the students and want for them to accomplish great things.

My children both attend Anthony. The Staff involvement is the best I have seen at any school. My son has never been more excited about anything than being in YGLA. I've seen great improvement in him, since he started thie program. Mr. Cannon is amazing with the these children, and it's not just him. This extends to the rest of the staff. Most of the childern at this school come from broken homes and poverty, but you would never be able to tell by the way they act at school. We live a block away from David Brewer, but I wouldn't send my children anywhere, but Anthony. I also love the diversity of the school. When I drop my children off at school, I think of Martin Luther King's, I have a Dream, speech. I think he would be happy to see all the beautiful children.
I think that the YGA program is a good thing for these students, and the honor guard is a wonderful tool to teach the students trust in each other, discipline, and a strong sense of self worth. The are an example that the other schools are attempting to emmulate. Good job to Mr. Riddle for teaching these kids. He is a father to all, and a mentor to many.
