The extracurricular activities are strong at wamogo, all students can participate and it promotes good teaming and leadership skills. The principal leadership is poor, the vice principal does not develop trusting relationships with students. The disciplinary policies do not foster a positive learning experience for the students. The principal leadership does not foster an environment of success and trust for the students. The teachers appear to be caring and helpful. The principals seem to suppress teacher involvement and student intervention. The principal leadership does not promote an open trusing environment between the studens and faculty. This needs to change.
