If you feel your child will benefit from a small class size and a safe, family-like environment, QLS is the school for him/her! It is a wonderful school with caring teachers and staff. My son has been here for two years and I have never once worried about bullies or an unsafe environment. Mrs. Lee has created an atmosphere of trust and respect for all students, teachers, and staff. The school is academically strong, and I feel my son is being challenged to do his best every day. He is organized, and feels a sense of responsibility in getting his work done, and enjoys participating in school activities. This school is a welcome alternative to the public schools in the area!
This is one terrific (and very affordable!) school and I can't believe it is not more well known. The teachers are amazing and the children are bright and respectful. The learning environment is wonderful. There is always something fun to look forward to between parties for the children, afterschool activities, a camp retreat for the older children and so very much more. My children do well in this small, caring environment.
The students at Queens Lutheran School are so sweet and the teachers are wonderful. The faculty and staff should be so proud of the wonderful school that they are a part of and how they have raised such kindhearted and intelligent students! The Thanksgiving International Luncheon is just one example of the community coming together to produce a beautiful afternoon celebrating diversity and what each person is grateful for.
Special thanks to Mrs. Raspantini who has taught my daugher her excellent keyboarding skills, power point, excel, etc. My daughter, a recent graduate of QLS, (June, 2007) was proud to announce Mrs. Rapsantini's name at her high school after her computer teacher recognized her excellent skills. Thank you Mrs. Raspantini, keep up the good teaching. We love you all.
