This the best little school in the country. I am proud that my son attends this school. He receives an excellent education and the quality the school's teachers, the principle, school culture, and special programs is superior. However, I don't understand the low score on the school's test results.

My two Grandsons go to East Clinton and I am a former teacher. I am very impressed with East Clinton. My grandsons are both reading beyond their grade level, thanks to the stress the teachers give to reading each day. The discipline is excellent and the principal always has show good leadership at the school. I am proud that my grandsons go to school there.

I, as a parent, am very unhappy with East Clinton school. Mrs. Foster does not seem to me to care about her students. Especially the ones that are not from the right 'background'. Some of the teachers I have met seem to be good, caring teachers but others have not. The only extracurricular activities are art and music which they only attend once a week. As far as parent involvement goes, there isn't any. There are not any good academic prorams at this school either. I am also concerned for my childs safety (from other students) at East Clinton School.

I love the teachers at East Clinton. They are so sweet and supportive. But I also have concerns about how they are quick to stick children in special education. Some children may need it,but those who don't; who have trouble in their classes; I sometimes find offensive how they will try and put a child where he or she doesn't belong.Other than that the teachers are wonderful and caring. I wouldn't change where my children go to school no matter what!
