The school administration has not made themselves completely available for any concerns that parents have. First of all, the added pressure of teaching to the FCAT's, the administration has become one dimensional in their goals. We need to put the children's future above all else, and for right now, it seems more of a fiscal challenge with added state funds to compensate FCAT results without any regard for the kid's own feelings. The middle school has the potential to success. Cultural diversity is a problem here as well. If you not of hispanic culture you child will be lost. Need more teachers from different backgrounds. That's a must!!!

'After reading some of the comments made about this school, it made me feel justified in my opinion. I am not really impressed with the leadership at this school. It is quite unwelcoming and unfriendly. So much for a family atmosphere. There is indeed a fine line between being a strong leader and abusing your 'power.' They also seem pre-occupied with what they 'don't have to do' because they are a charter school, rather then do their best to help children succeed. Their enrichment program is mediocre. In some ways, they don't live up to the hype, and the money they charge is ridiculous.
