My children have attended Loos for three years. The teachers and principal are excellent, however, parental involvement is extremely disappointing. The children are very undisciplined and disruptive. The best thing about the school is the administration. They work really hard. Extracurricular activities are nothing to brag about either. Not very challenging for the students. In my opinion, the parents use them as after school baby sitters, so they won't have to deal with their kids. I feel sorry for the principal and the teachers.
Academics are about as standard as they come. The teachers are really involved in the lives of the children. They have multiple electives, and each are designed specifically for the attending class. After school activities include art club, First Step, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts. Most inmportantly the parent involvement is amazingly high. You always see volunteers there to help. For any reason at all.
