The new principal is trying is best yet, the main problem is 85% of this schools population is transient due to the large appartment complexes near the school. This signifiganlty hinders this schools ability to get active concerned parents involved.
If parents are involved and actively advocate for their child, it is possible to get a good education. If not, they will barely scrape by.
