MGS is now K to 3, the happy result of a shared services agreement with neighboring Stow Creek which is grades 4 to 8. Students in Greenwich and Stow Creek now have more opportunities such as swim lessons, music lessons, computers, Spanish, home economics, art, physical education in addition to the core curriculum. Students also have more sports to choose from including soccer, field hockey, basketball and softball. MGS is a lovely little school with great teachers and staff and a very supportive community that comes out for the annual Halloween parade, the Spaghetti dinner, the Craft Fair, holiday concerts and the annual auction and 'Ye Greate Street Live' run by the Historic Greenwich Education Foundation.

Both of my daughters have graduated from Morris Goodwin Elementary School. The education they received was wonderful. The small class sizes and community involvement make this school a memorable and valuable educational experience.
