We moved to howard early in the year. My daughter was happy and love school. By the end of this year the love of school was gone, she learned lot of colorfull words, and how to lie. The teachers seem to be ok and interested in the kids doing well. The quality of the other children around her was horrible. She will be going elsewhere next year. I'm currently researching other schools and found this website. It's great to have a place to share.

We moved here from Sacramento, and my daughter was in her 2nd year of Kindergaten. She was not reading at all in the two years she was in school there. We moved here, and she was reading in less than 6 weeks. The quality of school is awesome! More one on one help!

In my personal opinion I would have to rate Howard shool at the top of my list for the quality of the teachers and the parent involvment at Howard.I presently have two students who attend Howard School.A ten year old fourth grader and a eight year old second grader. Both who have attended Howard since kindergarten. From the first day my daughter started school I always felt more than welcome to come into the class rooms and just sit and watch whats going on.The teachers make you feel so welcome and appriciate the invovlment of the parents.I also attended Howard school as a child and loved it when i was there. It far beyond exceeds the my ecpectaions of what a great school should be.Also I have never seen more kids so willing and eager to go to school. In my opinion Howard is the best.
