it will get a 2 out of 5 stars the respect factor between the Staff and kids is horrible and it begins with the new principal that was chosen. Not a fan of the principal
Our son goes to Franklin High on the school choice program. This is his second year at the high school. We have been very impressed with the teachers, and school culture. Teachers have been very responsive to our emails.
What is most evident at FHS is that the town does not care about its schools. Our newest principal is resigning (note 'newest,' as we have gone through many in the past years), the superintendent is resigning, we have recently cut 17 teachers due to lack of funding, and I have yet to hear of a class of less than 25 students (and mind you, the maximum I have heard of is my health class of 42) Class sizes should be smaller, education should be more personal.
