I attended and enjoyed how the school promotes learning for one's future, especially through the Project Lead The Way and Youth Apprenticeship Program. However, the mathematics in both the school and the system are way below par, and I continue to struggle in my higher education and career because of a lack of proficiency in basic math skills that were often ignored at the school.

I went to DHS and I loved it. Most of the teachers are there because they love teaching. The only problem I saw there was the overcrowding. They had to put some mobile homes outside the shcool because the students didnt fit in the classrooms. Also, they need to use some of the money that goes to the football team and give it to the soccer team. DHS has a great soccer team but most of the attention goes to the football team.

Dalton High is providing an excellent education for my child. The classes are challenging and the teachers encourage her to excell. There are also a variety of electives to meet the varied interests of the student body. The principal is very responsive to parents and provides wonderful leadership for the students and the teachers. I will be proud to say my child is a graduate of Dalton High.
