My daughter has been at Hilton for 3 years. I am very happy with the extra efforts made to help her progress, especially in reading. The new music teacher is superb. The office staff is efficient and kind. The custodians do a great job of keeping the building clean and maintained. It is hard to argue with results and the MEAP scores show positive results. Class sizes have diminished because enrollment is down all around the county which is a bonus for our current students. The first time I walked into the school during hours, I was amazed at how quiet the building was. Keep up the great work Hilton!

If I could give this school zero stars, I would. We came from another state where teachers were non-union. The cost of running our public school system was less expensive and the educations was outstanding. In the Brighton Public school system, teacher do the minimum amount of work required. Terrible teachers are kept on for years because of union rules. My oldest 2 children at least got a great foundation and were able to adapt here, but my youngest started here and it doing horribly. If you can, go to priviate schools in the state of Michigan!

I have had four children go to Hilton and have found it to be an excellant school. The principal, teachers and parental support is exemplary.

I think the school is average. I do believe the overall school and classrooms are too large and overpopulated for kids to get more personalized learing.
