Great student to teacher communication, just an awesome atmosphere to learn. If you want teachers who actually care about you and who are willing to spend a few extra (unpaid) hours a day to help you out personally, this is the school to go.

I'm currently a freshmen in Golden Gate High School and the first day of school I noticed that the school is much better than what people told me about it. The school doesn't get the credit it deserves. The school is very safe and the student body is very disciplined. The staff and faculty are always there to help you when you need them and are very good at what they do, thats why we have 2 Golden Apple teachers and many teachers of distinction. So the next time you here bad rumors about this wonderful school, don't believe them.

I think that Golden Gate High is a great school. It's very protective, and safe, however, it does have it's flaws... one of them being the whole 'football/basketball' favortism. It is very ture, soccer, track, swimming, baseball, etc., they don't get much attention. But, overall, I think the school is better than many other Collier County schools.

I am a student at Golden Gate High. While there are things I admire about our school, there are also things I dislike. Our principal is a very laid back guy (I like that about him) He doesn't blow things out of proportion and he always tries to deal with problems in a very dignified manner. The only thing that I really dislike, is the fact that the basketball and football players get way more attention than any other sport we have. It's as if they're showing favortism. Although Golden Gate is an overall good school, there are still problems that need to be resolved.
