Alvarado's program is outstanding. My second-grade granddaughter has thrived since her kindergarten year. She now speaks fluent Spanish, and is extremely proficient in all skill-areas thanks to the excellent and dedicated staff. Additionally, Alvarado has introduced her to the 'world,' as it were, through the many cultures represented by the school's diverse student population. Alvarado is definitely a jewel in San Francisco's crown.
I love the students, parents, my fellow teachers and my administrative staff. We all work together to form a great community!
