Great place for my kids. Great teachers, and standards are high. Only wish that all children be treated equally just like one of the students review. It's serious coming from a student, I even heard it from my child. Hope this will addressed soon. I know everyone are pulling their strings to make this school the best place for our children. I applaud you all, especially the students, who tried their best to make the school one of the best.
i love howell high school...and yes FPAC is a big part of the school. We add a lot and raise the standards!
The kids are great. friendly, no gangs, no drugs, no smoking, great programs for kids, but crowded. Bureaucratic administrators with defensive posture starts at the top and leaves little room for change or effective communication. School board superintendent is more of a dictator then a communicator. It seems that they prefer that parents stay silent, and move the kids in and out of high school like a factory assembly line.
the people are really nice, and there is no bullying. I just think it concentrates too much on the performing arts students.
