I have three children who have gone to McAuliffe. My oldest, now in middle school, was academically prepared. This is an excellent school with an excellent and safe environment. This school is nuzzled in a very good neighborhood, which makes a huge difference in feeling safe. There is a lot of parent involvement. Great school!
I was shoked to see how run down this school looks! The interaction between staff and parents also feels veyr patronal.
My son is will be in fourth grade next year and I absolutely love McAuliffe! I am actively involved in his education as well as PTA. The teachers are awesome and the staff are exceptional. I wish McAuliffe was K-8 because of the quality of learning I know my son has received.
I believe Christa McAuliffe is the best elementary school in southern California! The teachers are all highly trained with at least one in each grade level who has a GATE certificate. The teachers truly care about their students.
