Loma Elementary School

I currently have my 3 girls enrolled in this wonderful school and I am very pleased to say that I am very satisfied with Loma Elementary. The teachers are wonderful and helping the children be successfull is their top priority (also shows on their high school grading), the principal is caring and very hands on, and the rest of the staff like the custodians, Administration, playground supervisors, and cooks are the best and my children love them. The school offers a lot of parent/child/teacher involvement activities, music lessons for 4th & 5th graders, after school art class, running club and more... This school also offers ESS (extended school services) which is a great program that follows an age appropriate schedule. This year will be the only year all my girls will be in one school together and I'm glad it's at Loma Elementary. =)

This is a GREAT school. The PTA has sponsored so many wonderful events like: Family Movie nights and we just had first Fall Festival. The principal is very involved and supportive. The teachers and staff are very caring, it's a great atmosphere. API scores continually move up every year. Highly recommend this school!!

My Son attends this school and I can't be any more pleased than I am with; his teachers, his progress as a students, the kids he has made friends with and their parents, and the administration. The Principle seems to know all the kids names, at least she knows my sons ( hope that is a good thing ). My only disappointment is not their fault, this school does not have a music program, nor does it have an art program these are things kids need to develop their ability to think critically. I love this school!

Just moved here three months ago. Very understanding and caring teachers. My daughter made friends right away coming into the end of the school year. It was very important to have her feel welcome and she did and loved to go to school. She is being held back from first grade because of me and she only went to kindergarden for two months. But she is fine with that and enjoying the summer and getting back to school soon. The teachers were very excited about how quickly she learned and were helpful on making the decision to hold her back easy! very caring teachers with hugs and hi fives for the kids every morning and night! kids were very respectful and quite the melting pot of nationalities just like america was founded on!! wonderful wonderful school. Just missing the music and art classes.They will come back someday!!
