I am very happy with the caring teachers and staff at Blue Grass! My son is in the 4th grade and the staff has been very helpful to work with me to find the right class and the right programs to help him excel and grow.

Teachers are genuinely involved and care about the children's education with emphasis on respect and responsibility while encouraging self esteem in a fun environment. A great emphasis on reading and writing with many educational extracurricular activities.

We have a 5th grader and a Kindergartener at Blue Grass and have been thrilled with the level of life experience both are receiving. Ideal childhood development is a cross between learning and experiencing and this school strives to achieve this balance. My husband and I have discussed moving a dozen times, but really want our youngest to enjoy the same benefits as our eldest. Out of seven teachers, six have been exceptional and one mediocre. We love Blue Grass!

School is a 'reading' school with high value on literacy and math. Has new leadership/administration that provides balance and is highly competent. Superior teaching staff, creative and dynamic librarian.Wonderful new computer lab! Plenty of outdoor play area/s. Parent involvement encumbers the educational process at times. New leadership has resulted in providing more appropriate balance in the parent involvement area.
