This is not a good school to send your special needs kids to. The special ed process is a nightmare and the school is unwilling to listen to any requests from parents. If you have special needs kids as I do, I do not recommend sending them to Gattis.

My child attends Gattis and has a special need/disability. This school has been a huge disappointment. They made the special education process a nightmare.

We moved from Arizona to Texas 6 months ago. My son is in the 2nd grade at Gattis and has learned more in the last 6 months there than in Arizona. They have wonderful teachers who care about the students. My son was having some trouble in Math and Reading. By the end of the school year he was doing so much better, and I would have to thank the teachers for this. They go over and beyond. This school cares about there students and it shows. And I love the involvement all the parent have with the kids, its great. I couldn't have asked for a better school.
