The teachers and staff are wonderful. Mr Villanueva is doing a wonderful job with the kids. And to me, Mrs Knoernschild is the best music teacher in all of East County.
The new Principal is wonderful. The staff is working as a team. Music and theater activities are sensational. My children have enjoyed this school and achieved high grades.
Overall this school is great! If Anytime my daughter had a problem they were very responsive and always worked it out. Most of the teachers are really good my daughters grades improved dramaticly since the sixth grade. She brought her grade piont average up at to a B from a D. There are a few teachers I didnt care for at all> I didnt agree with their teaching methods.
Academically it is satifactory. Needs more art and music organizations. Sports is also unsatifactory. Teachers are great though, I attended with my brother and really enjoyed my experiences, only advice is to influence children to be involved in as much extracurricular activties as possible while still attaining good standing in academics.
