Keller is a small school with caring teachers that many have reached burnout state. There is a lack of consistent stong leadership at the school, thereby allowing a few children to 'run' some of the classrooms. The parent organization needs new members to help bring a positive atmosphere to the school. It is presently run with little direction or impact. However one diamond in the rough is the aftershool program. It is outstanding and is making a difference in the lives of the young people.

Keller is a great school with caring teachers, and good kids. The only problem I see with the school as of late is the number of 'minorities' that are moving to the school.

Keller has few extracurricular programs-no sports, leadership, or others. The after school program is lacking, the priniple is not open to new ideas or programs. The parent organization at Keller is controlled by a few long time parents who are not welcoming to new comers. The attitude of most of the children at this school shows the effects of the lack of a positive atmosphere.
