Copper Creek exudes excellence. The teaching staff and the admin staff are fantastic individuals striving to be the best they can be. The Dragons (5th Grade) Rock!!! Always helping each other and pushing each other to be an individual with dignity and pride and to be a thinker!

My oldest son attended this school and I have been waiting for my youngest to be old enough to attend Copper Creek. It is an excellent school, with quality teachers and caring office staff. I have thoroughly researched other schools and districts and I will continue to send my children to this school/district, regardless of where I live (it would be well worth the drive!). I suggest that parents do their research when looking for a school....

Let me say that I really love Copper Creek, but my experience there has been mixed. I live out of the school boundary lines and actually drive my daughter in every morning just so she can learn from these great teachers in an excellent environment. My son on the other hand, I removed from this school for one reason - their SAGE (or gifted) Program! I do not believe that handing a 3rd grader a 4th grade math book and sending him home with Xerox copies of worksheets every night constitutes a gifted program! I have since placed my son in an 'Self-Contained' gifted program in another school district where students are allowed to move at their own pace - even if that pace is 3 or 4 grade levels above their current grade!
