This school is great! I like the way they teach study skills and not just the material. The students learn to think, and not just memorize. And, it's small enough that everyone knows each other -- very much like a family!
It is the best elemantary school in the City of pflugerville. It has been rated Examplerary every year and the teachers are just awesome. Their goal is to make sure every kids do their best to learn and do great not just getting ready for TAKS.
Timmerman is wonderful. I have a son in Kindergarten and have been impressed since the beginning. His teacher, Ms Craigie, is totally involved in each child's activities and improvement. This is a teacher who is dedicated to teaching. I hear similar views of the other Kindergarten teachers. Every teacher/member of staff is readily approachable, including the principal, Mr Ernest. My son loves the school and is excited about the many projects and activites that are set up for the kids.
This school is awsome!! It has an wonderful caring principle and some great first - third grade teachers. My children have had great teachers and I think this helps them want to get up and go to school and learn. I didn't understand it until I met the staff. Good Job Timmerman.
