Dwight Morrow High School

I think that Dwight Morrow is a Great School it is a Melting Pot all kinds of students from all diffrent types of life styles. There are some very decated Teachers there who really care about our kids and will go to any leanth to get them to enjoy the learning process. And yea there are some teaches that are there just for the pay check.. Every child is not the same nor do all kids learn in the same manner... It's what you put into it that makes it work... You know this is the only High School that Englewood residents have to send there kids (With out having to pay for it)This is our School! we have the choice to Make this school what ever we want it to be and I choose Great.

I think that the school is an overall pretty bad school. People don't learn much in the school and the teachers are not that great.

I graduated the school in 1997. I thought it was a great experience which has helped prepare me for a fulfilling, productive life thus far. The school has a bad rap, but when it comes down to it, if a kid wants to learn, he/she will learn. The cultural diversity at DMHS is something that just can not be found at any high school in the surrounding area, no matter what their academic record is.

I feel this school has been through a lot over the years. Each year the school has grown and improved. The students are great. When they know a person cares about them they work with them. I do feel the media and others don't give them a fear chance to show the world what they have to offer. I also feel the state needs to invest in education as a whole across the state. We all need to give more to DMHS. Lets show the kids we love them and believe in them by giving more of our selves.
