I wen't to ogden high last year and I loved the academic programs the automotive is exellent and the theater arts & art the art teacher is great. What is also really good you feel like you can just open your mind and be free to learn great things there the sports are struggling but the coaches are really couraging students to go out for them all of the dance clubs are awesome the tigerettes are fantastic they are really good. But the parent involvement is struggling it is hard to know where to go to get involved but other than that the teachers are good principals coaches overall that is a wonderful school it has alot of potential and school spirit.

The freshman curiculum is weak. The Fine Arts programs are fabulous. The educational options for upperclassmen are optimistic including the option of early college classes. The football program is struggling, but other sports do well.

School is willing to help students enroll in challenging classes if they are willing to work. Parental involvement helps. My daughter moved from private school and loves the diversity of students and classes offered and has sought out higher academically challenging classes A great choice!

My son went to Ogden High for the sports. He loves it, but frankly they are lacking in accademics. He isn't being challenged, and frequently has problems with his teacher's method. I would advise a private school over OHS if you have the money, or a new charter school with more experienced teachers.
