The Charter School of Boynton Beach is in its 4th year of operations with a success of raising reading, writing and mathematics scores for students in grades K-5. We have an active SAC and PTO and the students and parents who attend our school have written statements on how pleased they are with the school. The school has a high standards research-based core curriculum and in addition provides foreign languages and cultural studies by offering French, Japanese and Spanish, physical education, art, technology chorus and violin classes. We are proud of our basketball team and cheerleaders squad. Our mascot is the CSBB Bulldogs and our school colors are royal blue and gold. We have an excellent team of highly qualified teachers and administrators who are dedicated to the students.

My child started her 6th grade year at CSBB in 2008 and I wish I had listend to Mr. Owens 4 years ago when he asked me to place my child in his school. The school is awesome! My daughter's FCAT scores have improved tremendously as well as her study habits and overall grades in school. The fact that kindergarteners are required to have a foreign language class is beyond me! And I love the fact that my African American child with Bahamian roots LOVES Japanese class! I wish that they would expand to include high school like Village Academy did. The 2010-2011 school year will be her last :( I'm not sure why the ratings are so low, I'm assuming it's based on the fact that this school was tiny when it started by my oh my how things have changed.
Id advise anyone not to go here it has no good programs for the middle school and the students are horrid and distrupt the classes, alot of fights its not an enviorment i would call to ' learn' more like a correctional center beacause most of the students are from congress(also a bad school on the other hand the only thing i like about hte school is the principal Mr. Owens he is the best principal out there is actually cares about the students, and he`s funny to!
I walk the hall ways a few days out of the week, well I'm not impress. The class rooms are very noisy I can not hear my self think. There are 2 to 3 teachers that realy care about the education, How ever some one who had a realy good education in the past can realy pick up on certain things. But on the night of celebration night Mr. Owens gave a great speach, but that was it a great speach. It was not follow thrue in regards to education. I see that teachers have no control of the student what so ever. Students have no respect. Mr. Owens did say in his speech that once in his school it would be diffrent. I have yet to see it. I'm pulling my chrildren out of there. To bad I was not able to see before the first semester. Very very disapointed!!!!!!
