I want to talk about the faculty and PTA members of this school. The school doesn't have money but they give so much of their personal time to try and give the kids the education and support that they need and aren't always able to get at home. Children want to do the right thing. Benoist Farms Elementary works hard to make it happen.

Well my complaint is the fact that outisde of the horrible dismissal process, the rude staff conducting the dismissal process, my childs teacher never even acknowledges the fact that he has gotten in the car with me. Which makes me wonder if maybe someone a bit younger could just get in to anyones car. They are to busy talking. Some man I do not even know put my son in the car, and not once did his teacher look up or acknowledge in anyway that he was gone. I understand that it is very hectic and it is a challenge, but if you have time to stand around and talk you have time you make sure students are put in the car.

My daughter used to enjoy going to school every day until this current year with the departure of Principal Paul. The new Principal has rules that are made up for Middle or High School kids; I think she is not dealing properly with the children and has no patience at all. Elementary school children should not be sent home for being disruptive or talking in class and there should be steps towards any suspension. Also the parents should be involved in the decision and not being advised about it or asked to come and pick up your child because he or she has been suspended. I am looking forward moving just for my child to attend another school.

When Mr Paul was at this school it was an awesome school. Dr Miller however, has made school miserable. I am not happy. Neither are my children and by the looks of things neither are the staff. Thank God summer is here and I don't have to listen to the code of conduct being preached over and over and over again. I cringe every time I hear her reciting it. Give it a rest already!
