There is a high amount of ESL students and not all the teachers are bi-lingual. Because of this only the basics are being covered in class and average students are left waiting for slower students to catch up. There is no extracurricular programs available such as band or music and even fun activities such as celebrating holidays are passed on in order to spend more time focused on the slower students.

I love Lincoln! The staff seems to really care about the kids. Every friday the entire school gathers together to share thoughts, info and participate in the pledge and school song. It was a wonderful beginning for someone just entering into school. The kindergarten teachers are superior! I was impressed with how everyone seems determined to teach the kids to be independant, responsible and to be themselves. The school its self has been beautifully remodeled after the fire, and is very modern. I feel wonderful sending my child to this school. She's had the chance to start off right, which can make all the difference.
