This school gets my vote as a wonderful school. Granted my son got off to a rocky start in K5 and I was not impressed with his first K5 teacher. However, I had him moved and loved his second teacher. Then first grade came around he had problems sitting still and focusing. Ms. Bufford did everything she could possible do for my son. She tried different teaching techniques on my my son. She never gave up on him. Always kept me informed on his progress. My son was diagnosed as ADHD in the second half of the school year. Which medication did help him a lot. But, Ms. Bufford was a big blessing to us. She is one teacher who did not write my son off. She did everything a teacher could do and more. Love You Mrs. Bufford! God Bless.
I believe that this school is centered around strong moral values. The quality of the academic programs is remarkable. The extra activities available by the school is great.
My experience with Ellen Woodside has been a wonderful one. We came here from Florida in Jan 07, and my son was able to adjust extremely fast with the help of his teachers. I find that the school is extremely organized and everyone is so polite. I want to thank Mrs. Campbell for making my son's first six months of school here a memorable one.
