This school really teaches the students the benefits of hard work. The elementary math, for example, is generally taught about 2 grades ahead (3rd graders learn 5th grade math). There is an emphasis on respect for each other and each student is taught that they are responsible for themselves, their work and their actions. The school grounds/facilities are in need of some upgrades, but the teachers, administration and curriculum are all top notch. There are extracurricular activities such as soccer, basketball, ski club, drama, etc. that can be enjoyed by students across all grades. Graduates have been leading the area in SAT scores (#1 each year for the past several years) and have been accepted into many of the finest colleges and universities. Tuition is also reasonable and capped so that larger families can still afford to send all of their children. Overall -- great academics combined with great personal development.

The teachers have the educational background and skills of the teachers in some of the top private schools around. Children learn in a caring, moral, and safe environment. It is fast paced and challenging academically. Children are given the encouragment needed to achieve.

Aquinas Academy delivers an excellent education by combining faith and reason. SAT scores are among the highest in the state. Extracurricular activities are very good, including arts and athletics, if somewhat limited due to the school's small (but growing) size. We also liked the fact that it is a Pre-K through 12th grade school, allowing us to keep our children together through the school years.
