Love, love, love the CSL! We would be here through pre-k if we could make the schedule work for our family. Very child oriented with an emphasis on fun and play...unlike the majority of preschools in the E Valley which are either religiously affiliated, daycares masquerading as preschools or just too academically focused at this early age. Great teachers and director!

Definitely the way preschool should be! Academic learning is done through play and teachers and staff address all needs of children. Great ratios. A great place to be for kids and parents.

Amazing school & staff. The adult/student ratio is amazing (psychology students in the class along with the instructor) and the whole 'curriculum' is based on play. Students have lots of choice and the classroom is centered around student-guided learning. All senses and learning styles are challenged each and every day through various rotating learning centers. *There is not a huge emphasis on academic learning, which I find extremely developmentally appropriate for this age group (2-5yrs) and refreshing! Much time is spent fostering appropriate social interaction and working in a cohesive classroom environment (working with peers is KEY throughout life!). The CSL is a fabulous hidden secret in the valley!
