The policies and procedures this year have cause many problems and make it difficult to speak with the principal. Most of the teachers are well liked and do a great job. The principal, procedures and academic scores leave something to be desired. My overall rating for this school this year is poor 2 stars for burton glen

Most of the teachers are wonderful. The Principals not well liked by many. To many new changes that I feel are not fair to the parents,teachers or the students. Two stars for the school. Four for the teachers.

I also have chosen not to send my child back next year. This school has deteriorated in many ways. There are a great number of parents who are also pulling their children out; and I sincerely hope the administration sits down to evaluate why, and does something about it. I think that the teachers try, but are overwhelmed and confused by the constant change in leadership and therefore the policies and procedures. I have not been very pleased with any of her teachers actually; and no, I don't have a bad kid. I also do not like many of the changes the new principal has implemented, or the vibe she gives off. Then again, there will probably be a new one by the end of next year, anyway.

This school used to be five stars. It has really went downhill, mostly due to a lack of a quality school leader. Too many chances are given to problem students. Most of the teachers are amazing, but are overshadowed by a below average principal.
