The rating my not reflect the truly dedicated staff of teachers and administrators who are faced with challenges many other schools do not encounter on a daily basis. Given the obstacles that are sometimes placed in their way, VMHS still strives to achieve superiority in the lessons taught to their students.
There has been fights, mostly gang related. Students have called their parents during school hours in fear of getting involved. Students shouldn't fear going to school.

My child just enrolled as a freshman and seems to like the school very much. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I will post another review later as I learn more about this school.
