I have 2 children in this school at the present time and one of them is special needs (EI). This child has been very frustrated in the Middle School and I am apprehensive of him going higher in the school district. Just because a student has special needs does not mean they should be excluded from activities, made to feel less important, and that others don't care about them. I try to instill a sense of fair play and caring about others in my children and I hate to see a teacher or institution belittle those traits. My other child is doing well in the school system, but has run into some bullying issues.
